Kate Donnelly’s www.fromyourdesks.com, a site dedicated to the desks and work spaces of creatives from all walks of life, has a nice feature on our work space with a quick interview. The site is a treasure trove of of interesting work spaces from a pretty impressive list of artists, Helen Lupton, Milton Glaser, Steven Heller, we could go on and on.
Our new site is finally up and running. And no new site would be complete without a new store. In it you’ll find plenty of posters, prints, and wearables including our house-favorite shield logo t-shirt on blue. We’re offering free shipping on all store purchases until the fat man comes down your chimney.
Awhile back we had the chance to work on the poster for ICON6, the illustration conference going on out in LA. We collaborated with designer and art director Joe Kimberling on this. Special thanks to Martha Rich and everyone else at ICON6. We’ll see you in California!
As oil continues to leak in the Gulf of Mexico and the powers that be continue to seem, well, powerless, we all wait impatiently wishing we could do something—anything—to lend a hand.
We know this poster won’t save the world, but we’re hoping, with your help, it can make a small impact on the growing devastation.
We’re donating half of the sale price of each Oil Drop poster sold (that’s $20 per poster) to Oceana, the largest organization solely focused on protecting the world’s oceans. Oceana has been awarded the exceptional rating of 4 stars by Charity Navigator, which means you can feel good knowing your money is having a direct impact.
